All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. From time to time, PokéSnap may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

PokéSnap is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
