3. Will my photos look good on the case?

Yes, as long as the photos are clear and good quality.

We adjust the layout so your images fit the case properly. Very blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos will not print well. Clear photos produce the best results.

4. What makes PokéSnap different from other custom phone cases?

Most custom cases are mass-produced and automatically printed.

PokéSnap focuses on meaningful, multi-photo designs that tell a story. Each case is created intentionally, not pulled from a template.

5. Are PokéSnap cases good quality and durable?

Yes. PokéSnap cases are made with durable materials designed for everyday use, with clear and long-lasting print quality.

They provide solid protection while showcasing your photos.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

7. What if something is wrong with my order?

If your case arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing issue, contact us and we’ll fix it.

Because each case is custom-made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after production starts.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after placing your order.

Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.
